noreferrer\">Universit\u00e4tsstadt<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kaiserslautern\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kaiserslautern<\/a> am nordwestlichen Rand des <a title=\"Pf\u00e4lzerwald\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pf%C3%A4lzerwald\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pf\u00e4lzerwalds<\/a> im S\u00fcden von Rheinland-Pfalz am Hang des <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rotenberg_(Nordpf%C3%A4lzer_Bergland)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rotenbergs<\/a>. Die Antennenanlage befindet sich am Campus Morlautererstra\u00dfe 31 der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-kl.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hochschule Kaiserslautern<\/a> (ehemals <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hochschule_Kaiserslautern\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fachhochschule Kaiserslautern<\/a>) auf Geb\u00e4ude B in Raum B601. Die automatisch arbeitende Amateurfunkstation ist seit dem 11.08.2017 in der Datenbank der Bundesnetzagnetur gelistet. Betreiber der Relaisfunkstelle ist <a href=\"http:\/\/dl0hsk.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">die akademische Hochschulgruppe der Hochschule Kaiserslautern um das Rufzeichen DL0HSK.<\/a><br \/>\nDB0KLN ist ein Gemeinsschaftsprojekt von Studierenden und Mitarbeitern der Hochschule Kaiserslautern. Materielle und finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung erhielt die junge Hochschulgruppe aus den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.darc.de\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DARC<\/a>-Ortsverb\u00e4nden <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cq-k12.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DOK K12<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darc.de\/der-club\/distrikte\/k\/ortsverbaende\/16\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">K16<\/a> und <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darc.de\/der-club\/distrikte\/k\/ortsverbaende\/42\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">K42<\/a> und von der befreundeten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amateurfunk.uni-kl.de\/home\/\">Hochschulgruppe (AFG)<\/a> um <a href=\"https:\/\/qrz.com\/db\/DL0XK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DL0XK<\/a> der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-kl.de\/startseite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Technischen Universit\u00e4t Kaiserslautern.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Konzeption und Ert\u00fcchtigung der Relaisfunkstelle sowie des APRS-Digipeaters entstanden mehrere Projekt- und Studienarbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hochschulgruppe engagiert sich im Thema Not- und Katastrophenfunk und plant zuk\u00fcnftig die Relaisfunkstelle im Krisenfall auch autark betreiben zu k\u00f6nnen. Hierf\u00fcr wurden alle Komponenten der Relaisfunkstelle zweifach redundant ausgelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Weitere Informationen lassen sich auf der offiziellen Webseite <a href=\"http:\/\/www.DB0KLN.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.DB0KLN.de <\/a>abrufen.<\/p>\n<h5>Aktuelles:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>14.01.2026 &#8211; Ausfall der Dienste<\/strong><br \/>\nDer Standort Morlautererstra\u00dfe 31 (Campus Morlautererstra\u00dfe, Hochschule Kaiserslautern, Geb\u00e4ude B) ist aufgrund laufender Sanierungs- und Umbauma\u00dfnahmen vor\u00fcbergehend au\u00dfer Betrieb. Im Zuge der geplanten Umwidmung wird der Standort durch die Landesbaubeh\u00f6rde baulich und funktional ert\u00fcchtigt<\/p>\n<p><strong>29.09.2022 &#8211; Ausfall der Dienste<\/strong><br \/>\nAufgrund eines Stromausfalls sind die Dienste; Streaming und APRS der Relaisfunkstelle ausgefallen. Sobald die Relaisfunkstelle wieder stromf\u00fchrend ist, werden diese wieder aktiviert. Die Betreiber bitten um Nachsicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>27.07.2021 &#8211; Verl\u00e4ngerung der Relaisfunkstelle<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Rufzeichenzuteilung ist weiterhin befristet g\u00fcltig bis zum 31.08.2024<strong>.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>17-24.09.2020 &#8211; Teildeaktivierung des APRS-iGates <\/strong><br \/>\nIm Rahmen interdisziplin\u00e4rer Hilfsma\u00dfnahmen konnten Teile der Empf\u00e4ngertechnik kurzfristig f\u00fcr Bildungs- und Forschungszwecke umfunktioniert und verliehen werden.\u00a0 Die APRS-Anwendung funktioniert ab sofort wieder uneingeschr\u00e4nkt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.02.2020 \u2013 Sturmsch\u00e4den an Relaisfunkstelle detektiert und behoben<\/strong><br \/>\nAm heutigen Montag morgen konnte ein Schaden der Antennenanlage der Relaisfunkstelle DB0KLN erkannt und behoben werden. Die Relaisfunkstelle befindet sich auf knapp 300 Meter \u00fcber MSL und thront seit August 2017 auf einem mehrst\u00f6ckigen Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4ude der Hochschule Kaiserslautern. Als eines der h\u00f6chstgelegensten und freistehenden Geb\u00e4ude im Raum Kaiserslautern ist die Antennenanlage ganzj\u00e4hrig widrigsten Bedingungen ausgesetzt. Das Orkantief Sabine erwirkte nun einen Schaden an der Mast- und Schellenkonstruktion, was die Sende- und Empfangsantenne des Phoniezweigs zu einem Polarisationswechsel zwang. Sende- und empfangsseitig konnten keine Sch\u00e4den am Transceiver verzeichnet werden.<br \/>\nDie Antennenanlage konnte binnen k\u00fcrzester Zeit wieder in einen funktionst\u00fcchtigen Zustand zur\u00fcckversetzt werden. Aktuell sendet das Phonie-Relais mit einer negativen H\u00f6hendifferenz von zweieinhalb Metern gegen\u00fcber der urspr\u00fcnglichen Position. Die Antennezweige f\u00fcr das WebSDR und den APRS-Digitalrepeater sind jeweils um zwei und einen Meter dekrementiert. Zuk\u00fcnftig wird ein kommerzieller Funkmast der Firma Letrona (AG) die Relaisfunkstelle mit ihrer Antennenanlage \u00fcber das Geb\u00e4udedach erheben. Die Planung ist zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt schon abgeschlossen.
